A food and dish drier is provided to produce safe dried foods using far infrared rays and ultraviolet rays. A food and dish drier comprises a base(10), a rotating plate(20), a ceiling portion(30), an far infrared-lamp(40), a blower(50), a sterilizing lamp(70) and a sliding door(80). A heater(12) is located beneath an inner top plate of the base. The rotating plate is rotatably fixed to the top plate of the base. An object to be dried is placed thereon. The ceiling portion is located at some distance from the base and integrated with the base. The far infrared-lamp is fixed on the inner surface of the ceiling portion and generates the heat. The blower is fixed on the inner surface of the ceiling portion and blows the generated heat. The sterilizing lamp is fixed on the inner surface of the ceiling portion and emits UV. |
