PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a hub bolt and a hub nut for fitting a tire of an industrial vehicle engaged in businesses handling water, chemicals, compound fertilizer, etc., are rusted and often seized with difficult detachment, the nut part is subjected to the rust-proof coating or grease application for rust prevention while re-coating is required when changing a wheel, paint enters a screw part, the grease holding property is poor, and grease can flow out and be mixed in a commodity. SOLUTION: In a wheel cap of an industrial vehicle, a boss part 11 of a wheel cap 1 is screwed in a stud bolt 7 of a support 6 to which the wheel cap 1 tightly fitted to an outer peripheral side surface of a rim 2 across a seal 12 is fitted by utilizing a tightening bolt 4 or a drawing tap 5 of a hub cover 3, and pressed against the rim 2 and held thereby, and fixed by a self-lock nut 8.
