PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ordered polyurethane-urea having a regulated sequence of monomer structural units from a diisocyanate, a diamine and a diol. SOLUTION: The polyurethane urea compound has structural units represented by formulae (1)-(3), the number of the structural units represented by formulae (1), (2) and (3 being k, l and m, respectively, has a number-average molecular weight of 2,000-200,000, and further contains structural units represented by formula (4) in the number of x, where k, l, m, and x satisfy the relation: 0.7≤4x/(k+l+m)≤1.
