PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an entire storage case, make it easy to put in/out a disk, and further, reliably keep disks received even if the disks of different sizes are received. SOLUTION: A compact disk (CD) case (storage case) 1 for receiving a plurality of compact disks 2 (disk-formed recording media) having a center hole 2a includes a plurality of sheetlike case portions 4 formed to be an approximate circle with one size larger outline than the CD and a holding means 6 for holding the plurality of case portions in a piled stated. The respective case portions have a tab 9 provided on a part of a periphery thereof, and a region where the tabs are coupled is formed as a binding portion 15. Each case portion is formed with a pocket 11 for receiving the CD and a through hole 7a corresponding to the center hole 2a of the CD while the CD is received in the pocket. The respective case portions are overlaid and their through holes are made to communicate with one another, and in this state, the holding means or its par is inserted into the through holes to keep the plurality of case portions overlaid.
