<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device capable of enhancing an initial restriction performance of a passenger at collision. <P>SOLUTION: In the seat belt device 1, the seat belt 3 is laid on the passenger through a shoulder anchor 4.
