HEAT EXCHANGER PLATE BUNDLE

FIELD: heat exchange apparatus; chemical, food-processing and oil refining industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed bundle includes plate bundle of PLASTAN heat exchanger assembled from plane-parallel plates with pimples in form of sphere or cylinder or wave welded by pairs in ducts fixed at ends in distributing boards at spaced relation; they are provided with hot and cold product inlet and outlet passages and sealing elements; heat exchanger stack is provided with two additional plane-parallel plates and detachable support mounted between distributing boards. One of additional plates is mounted under heat exchanger stack and is provided with runners or wheels and other plate is located on heat exchanger stack; both additional plates are provided with transversal partitions; secured on partitions before cold product outlet is sealing band whose outer diameter corresponds to inner diameter of heat exchanger housing.
