PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of handling by making both of adjustment states of coarse adjustment and fine adjustment possible simply and easily realizable. SOLUTION: A load is made to act in one direction between a lower plate 10 and a middle plate 12 stacked and arranged on the lower plate freely movably in a prescribed direction with respect to the lower plate. Shafts 261 and 271 of first and second constant load springs 26 and 27 inserted with spring bodies 265 and 275 are fixed to the lower plate 10 and front ends of leaf springs 263 and 273 of the spring bodies 265 and 275 of the first and second constant load springs 26 and 27 are fixed and arranged to the middle plate 12 by means of mixtures 266 and 276, by which the desired purposes are achieved.
