PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a scintillator panel free of undesired image landing. SOLUTION: The substrate comprises a resin which is stable at 200°C or higher and carbon fibers which are uniformly distributed in the resin. At least one is named to constitute the resin, selected from the group consisting of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyetheretherketone (PEEK), liquid crystal polymer (LCP), fluororesin, polyethernitrile (PEN), polysulfone (PSF), polyethersulfone (PES), polyarylate (PAR), thermoplastic polyimide (PI), polyamide/imide (PAI), polyether imide (PEI), bismaleimide, and heat resisting epoxy resin.
