PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking ring attached to a round bar body used as a locking member and locking the round bar body, and also to provide a vibration control device preventing vibration when vibration is applied to a fixed member fastened by a fastening member by using the locking ring. SOLUTION: The locking ring 11 is ring shaped, a plurality of locking pawls 11A, 11B and 11C with different inward lengths from an annular part 11 are integrally formed, a tip of each locking pawl abuts on an outer circumferential face of the piercing round bar body 12, and they allow only movement in one direction.
