PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder anchor capable of surely fixing a ladder to an eave or the like and being safely used even in an approximately vertical state. SOLUTION: The ladder anchor 1 is formed by attaching the ladder 5 to a scaffolding pole 7 fixed in a state to stretch between the ground G and an eaves underface E and other supporting material, and it includes a fixed arm 2 mounted on a strut 51 of the ladder 5 and projected to the side of the strut 51 and a movable arm 3 mounted to the fixed arm 2 in a rotatable manner. When the movable arm 3 is rotated to close together with the front end 32 to the front 22 of the fixed arm 2, those front ends form a closed ring to hold the scaffolding pole 7 and other supporting material.
