PURPOSE: A device for measuring underwater tension is provided to reduce the measuring cost by enabling measurement of tension of the body of facilities without additional manpower or equipment and to secure reliability by removing noise elements of measuring materials although the depth of water of a measuring spot is deep. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring underwater tension comprises a housing(10); upper and lower tension rings(12,14) disposed to the upper and lower ends of the housing; a sensing unit(20) formed integrally with the upper and lower rings inside the housing, to sense the tensile force applied to the lower tension ring; a data storage unit(40) storing data of the tensile force sensed by the sensing unit; a data input/output connector(42) transmitting the data of the data storage unit to the outside; and a power supply device(50) supplying power to the sensing unit and to the data storage unit.
