PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in a conventional tile unit for a precast concrete slab used in a manufacturing method of the precast concrete slab wherein adhesive strength of a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is enhanced so that tiles do not come apart since a unit form is maintained by the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet applied to a surface, but on the contrary the adhesive strength is a minus factor which delays peeling work since the pressure sensitive adhesive tape is to be peeled off the precast concrete slab at a final stage. SOLUTION: In the tile unit for the precast concrete slab of the present invention, a lined tile group 3 is formed by arranging a plurality of the tiles T at a predetermined arrangement with intervals equivalent to joints and connecting the tiles by a joint member 2 provided in a back side, a joint forming material 5 is fit in gaps S equivalent to the joints opened to a surface side of the lined tile group 3, and a line wash leakage preventing layer 6 is formed on a surface of the lined tile group 3.
