摘要

FIELD: mechanical engineering; designing of gear trains. SUBSTANCE: proposed sectional gear wheel contains separate gear members displaced relative to each other in axial and circumferential directions. Each gear member contains rim with straight tooth crown and hub with helical splines interconnected and connected with shaft by means of helical spline connection whose angle of helix is chosen depending on parameters of axial and circumferential relative displacement of gear straight tooth crowns. EFFECT: improved design flexibility and efficiency of operation of gear wheel. 1 dwg
