<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric porcelain having high εr, a high Q value and a small absolute value of the temperature coefficient τ<SB>f</SB>of the resonance frequency in a high frequency region. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain comprises an oxide having a specific composition wherein a rare earth element (Ln), Al, M (M is Ca and/or Sr) and Ti are contained as metal elements, and the dielectric porcelain contains crystallites having diameters of 100 to 1,000 Å. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
