PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet installing structure for allowing one worker to easily and surely install a faucet on an upper face place only by work from above the upper face plate of a sink. SOLUTION: A pedestal 2 is fixed to a counter B by fastening the combination faucet installing annular pedestal 2 arranged in an upper edge part of a through hole B1 bored in a combination faucet installing place of the counter B and a lower side engaging member 3 arranged under the counter B by passing through the through hole B1 by a first bolt 41 and a second bolt 42 so as to sandwich upper and lower edge parts of the through hole B1, and a combination faucet 1 is installed on the pedestal 2. The lower side engaging member 3 has a first engaging piece 31 and a second engaging piece 32, and a connecting piece 33 having both end parts rotatably joined around a horizontal shaft to one end part of both engaging pieces, and is formed so as to be capable of passing through the through hole B1 when in the form of bending in a crank shape, and so that an upper surface of both engaging pieces can engage with a lower edge part of the through hole B1.
