PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing solid powder cosmetics having good adhesion to the skin, excellent wet feeling and good makeup retention. SOLUTION: This method for producing solid powder cosmetics is characterized by mixing a powder composition with a solvent, filling the obtained into a container or a medium-sized dish, removing the solvent to obtain a solid powder composition and then impregnating a liquid ingredient into the solid powder composition.
