The invention relates to a forming plant for aquatic organisms comprising buoyancy means for the farming elements (4) suspended down into the sea. The buoyancy means comprise at least one elongated buoyancy body (1) and at least a number of attachment means (2) arranged along the upper edge of the buyoancy means when in its intended floating position, for attachment of farming elements (4).
