PURPOSE: An exercise apparatus using vibrational and electric stimulation is provided to prevent various kinds of obesity by vibrational and ultrasonic and low frequency stimulation and enable exercise and diet in a delightful indoor environment by generating anions. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a foot board vibrating unit which is constructed of a foot board(110) for seesawing both feet; a handle vibrating unit which is constructed of a driving motor, a rotary disc connected to both sides of a rotary shaft and a handle(242) eccentrically supported on the rotary disc; an electric stimulation unit which is constructed of a vibrating motor having an eccentric anchor while forming an insertion penetrating rod, a probe(310) formed with a contact disc generating ultrasonic waves and low frequency waves and a stimulating belt(320); and an anion generator(400).
