PURPOSE: A mesh screen fixing device and a nut for fixing a mesh screen are provided to allow the assembly work to be easily and rapidly carried out, while preventing damages of the mesh screen and leakage of microwave. CONSTITUTION: A mesh screen fixing device comprises a waveguide(40) for transmitting a microwave generated from a microwave generator; a mesh screen(50) coupled to an exit(46) of the waveguide, and which has a certain part formed of a mesh so as to allow light to pass and prevent leakage of microwave; and a fixing nut(100) for fixing the mesh screen by being coupled to the exit of the waveguide at the state where the mesh screen is partially inserted into a groove(103).
