PURPOSE: A loading/unloading device of a hard disk driver is provided to prevent a slider head from colliding with the disk, thereby improving the performance of the hard disk driver. CONSTITUTION: A swing element includes a suspension(5) having one end combined with a swing arm(4) driven by a VCM(Voice Coil Motor)(3) and having the other end combined with a slider head(6). A spindle motor(10) is installed on one side of a disk(2). A worm gear(13) is made up of a worm(11) combined with a shaft of the spindle motor and a worm wheel(12) engaged with the worm. An interworking gear(14) is engaged with the worm wheel to be interworked. A cam is combined with a lower end of a shaft of the interworking gear, has an incline, and is interworked with the interworking gear. An operating gear(15) has an end part of a shaft supported by the incline of the cam for lifting when the interworking gear rotates. A guide pin(16) has one end part fixed at an upper end of the shaft of the operating gear, and a free end part supporting a lower part of the suspension, so that the guide pin loads and unloads the slider head vertically when the operating gear rotates.
