PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which facilitates a troublesome operation for a measurement and which enhances an accuracy. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional measuring apparatus is composed of a movable noncontact measuring device and a reference measuring device having a multiaxial arm. When a probe at a tip of the reference measuring device is coupled to a coordinate composition jig of the noncontact measuring device, data measured by the noncontact measuring device on the basis of position coordinates and a direction vector of their coupling part is replaced with a reference coordinate system.
