PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle passage inhibiting device which can positively inhibit unauthorized invasion of a vehicle even if the invasion is committed on purpose. SOLUTION: The vehicle passage inhibiting device is comprised of an insulating member 2 and a rotation locking means 30. According to the operation of the rotation locking means 30, when the insulating member 2 is rotated to a location that inhibits passage of the vehicle, at least one of a plurality of passage restricting members set as a second inhibiting means is protruded at a location that is adjacent to the front or the rear of a passage, or that engages with the insulating member. Thus, by engaging the insulating member 2 with a single or, a plurality of elevating members 3, the rotation locking means 30 can carry out locking of rotation of the insulating member 2.
