<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved collagen-containing adhesion preventing film to be used for an invivo biomembrane-like tissue such as a chest membrane, a heart membrane, a dura mater and a serous membrane and a filling and binding film for a damaged part or a cut surface of various internal organs, possible to show the sufficient adhesion preventing effect for a long time and having excellent bioadaptability and biodecomposition and bioabsorption, while restricting the generation of side effects, and for satisfying mechanical strengths thereof possible to be sewn for fixation. <P>SOLUTION: A coating layer containing the mixture of collagen and hyaluronic acid is provided in a surface of a nonwoven fabric formed from collagen fiber to improve the decomposition resistance of the adhesion preventing film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
