PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a corrugated fiberboard sheet of which the member provided to enhance the strength of the sheet itself functions also as an implement enabling simple execution of a disjointing operation without using an edged tool or the like, taking it into consideration that when an incision is made in four corners of a corrugated fiberboard box being weak in a bending strength on the occasion when a corrugation of a flute is made lateral, the connection of the cardboard sheet weakens and consequently the strength of the box is lowered. SOLUTION: Thread supplying devices comprising bobbins, needles or the like juxtaposed in parallel with each roll and at prescribed intervals are installed at a point of feeding-out of a liner sheet, in the line of a corrugating machine, and a thread or a string of cotton, polyester or the like, or a tape, a film sheet or the like, is supplied and fixed to the fore end part of the liner sheet by an each sort of joining means for sewing in, tape sticking or others. The thread or the like is carried, being made to run with the liner sheet, and paste is applied to the flute tip of the flute, while the thread or the like is put in longitudinally between the flute and the liner sheet and stuck thereto. A threaded single-faced corrugated fiberboard sheet and a threaded double-faced corrugated fiberboard sheet are manufactured in this way. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
