PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of an operation lever 6 and a handle allowing easy detachment of the handle 7 attached to the operation lever, or an operation part of a seat state adjusting mechanism 5, without impairing its external appearance. SOLUTION: In the attachment between the operation lever 6 and the handle 7, the operation lever 6 and the handle 7 are fixed by a locking means. Practically, the handle 7 is roughly divided into a handle inner wall 7i and a handle outer wall 7h by an insertion recess part 7a provided in the handle 7 for inserting the operation lever 6 therein. The handle outer wall 7h, the handle inner wall 7i, and the operation lever 6 are provided with a peep hole 7g for a through-hole, a fitting lock pawl 7f, and a lever through-hole 6a for a through- hole, respectively. The peep hole 7g, the handle lock pawl 7f, and the lever through-hole 6a are positioned on an extension line in the handle width direction. This constitution can release the lock between the operation lever 6 and the handle 7 by pushing the handle lock pawl 7f in the seat side from the counter seat side direction through the peep hole 7g.
