PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing polyolefinic laminated film by a co-extrusion method to impart excellent antistatic or anti-fogging properties having lasting properties to the polyolefinic laminated film at the same time without damaging the original transparency of the film, and the polyolefinic laminated film to which those characteristics are imparted. SOLUTION: When the polyolefinic laminated film is manufactured by the co-extrusion method, a specific nonionic surfactant and an organosulfonate are added to an olefinic resin used for forming the outer layer of the polyolefinic laminated film in a predetermined ratio so that the sum total of both of them becomes a predetermined concentration.
