PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a tacky adhesive tape for medical purposes which can be kept stored in a large amount at a time, reduces dust by half and provides good user-friendliness in attaching the tape. SOLUTION: A reinforcing tacky adhesive layer 3 to generate the tacky adhesive power greater than the tacky adhesive power that the tacky adhesive layer 22 exerts on a release treated layer 33 between the tacky adhesive layer and a base material 21 is formed between a tacky adhesive tape body 2 and a reinforcing tape (application tape) 3 and these layers are compression bonded and are wound up into a roll form.
