PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive rubber member which enables to attempt space-saving and downsizing and can uniformly and efficiently transmit heat of a heated contact bonding plate to a body to be contact-bonded. SOLUTION: The thermally conductive rubber member is formed by laminating and integrating a rubber releasing layer 22 comprising a rubber composition containing no filler on one face or both faces of a thermally conductive rubber sheet 21 containing the filler.
