PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating form of soil contaminated with fluorine by which environmental criteria can be attained and treatment can be performed by a simple method. SOLUTION: At least one kind of treating material selected from calcium compounds and aluminum compounds is brought into contact with the soil contaminated with fluorine to make fluorine in the soil contaminated with fluorine insoluble.
