<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and inexpensively manufacture a laminated body which is excellent in heat resistance, elasticity and toner releasing properties and can improve gloss of an image and uniformity of the image. <P>SOLUTION: After a fluororesin coating layer is formed by coating the surface of an elastic layer 3 constituted of a heat-resistant synthetic rubber with a fluororesin dispersion to form a fluororesin coating layer, the fluororesin coating layer is sintered under an inert gas atmosphere at a temperature being at least melting point temperature of the fluororesin to form a releasing layer 4 and as a result, the laminated body is manufactured. The fluororesin is preferably selected from PFA, FEP and PTFE. The heat-resistant synthetic rubber is preferably selected from silicone rubbers, fluororubbers and fluorosilicone rubbers. The elastic layer 3 may be laminated on a substrate 2. The laminated body is an endless belt, a sheet or a roll and is preferably used as a fixing member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
