PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine dispensing with a detergent, which aims at dirt removing effect produced by bacteria, whereby the system is installed in domestic sewage to provide an economical system not only capable of improving the water quality of the whole domestic sewage or purifying the same, and also allowed to be used semi-eternally. SOLUTION: This system includes a aeration device 1, a heater 2, a washing container 10 having a stirrer 7, a dehydrator 8, a mineral material 5, a bacteria 6, its peripheral device eco filter 3, an active carbon device 4 and a bio filed 9.
