<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic implement capable of realizing high speed work, ensuring high tool positioning precision, and easily corresponding to change of operation pattern. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic implement is provided with a first driving body 2 having a first driving part 1 movable in the horizontal direction, a second driving body 4 having a second driving part 3 which is provided integrally with the first driving part 1, whose whole part can move in the horizontal direction, and which can move in the vertical direction, and a tool 30 provided in the second driving part 3 to handle parts 32. The first driving body 2 includes a first linear motor 5, the second driving body 4 includes a second linear motor 6, the first driving part 1 includes a first coil 8 of the linear motor 5, a movable frame 12, and a guide shaft 14, and the second driving part 3 is composed of a second magnet shaft of the linear motor 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
