PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inorganic board having a high design of sharp rugged pattern without depending upon only coating while holding a natural touch and to provide the inorganic board having the rugged pattern obtained by the same. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the inorganic board comprises the steps of pressure molding of a green sheet (1) containing a cement and an aggregate as main components and imparting the rugged pattern to the surface of the sheet (1) so that as a part of the aggregate, a patterned light- weight aggregate (2) to be broken in a recess part of the rugged pattern of the sheet (1) at a pressure molding time is frequently used.
