PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate excess and shortage of dehumidifying water while obtaining good dehumidifying effect. SOLUTION: A hot air temperature sensor 38 detects the temperature of hot air output from a drum, and a water temperature sensor 39 detects the temperature of the hot air and water after heat exchange. A microcomputer 44 controls a dehumidifying water supply valve 30 to increase the supply quantity of dehumidifying water when a temperature difference obtained by subtracting the detected temperature of the water temperature from the detected temperature of the hot air temperature is larger than a first reference numeral (8°C), and controls the dehumidifying water supply valve 30 to decrease the same when it is smaller than a second reference value (2°C).
