PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of normally operating even when an irregular power failure signal caused by noise, an illegal act or the like is inputted. SOLUTION: In this game machine, composition circuits 10, 20 compose the power failure signal 51 outputted from a power failure monitor circuit 50b and signals showing a power failure outputted from opposite control boards C, H, and output the power failure signal 51 to MPUs 11, 21 only when both the signals are outputted. Accordingly, the noise superimposes on only one signal line 51a1, 51b1. As a result, even if the irregular power failure signal is outputted, the power failure signal 51 is not outputted to the MPUs 11, 21 from the composition circuits 10, 20. Thereby, by inputting the power failure signal 51 to the MPUs 11, 21 through the composition circuits 10, 20, the input of the irregular power failure signal 51 caused by influence of the noise or the like to the MPUs 11, 21 is suppressed to properly execute a power failure- time process in the shutting of power caused by generation of the power failure or the like.
