<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical appliance containing polyamide in a surface thereof, showing lubrication when it is set, hard to lower the lubrication even in case of repeatedly sliding it, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The medical appliance has a layer containing the urethane group polymer in a surface thereof containing the polyamide, and has a polyvinyl-pyrrolidone layer on the urethane group polymer layer, and when this medical appliance is wet, it is lubricated. This medical appliance having lubrication when it is wet is manufactured by dipping the surface thereof containing the polyamide with a solution containing a compound for swelling or dissolving the polyamide, and thereafter, forming a film containing the urethane group polymer, and forming a film containing polyvinyl-pyrrolidone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
