<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decorative sheet from being released from an end side part of a decorative board of a shiplap by laminating the sheet to a header surface at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative board 10 comprises a resin base 1 laminated with the decorative sheet 2. The board 10 is formed by folding an end side part according to shiplap developing shapes 4a, 4b provided at the end side parts of the rear side of the decorative board to shape the shiplap shapes 3a, 3b so as to become a decorative sheet surface continued from the front side surface of the decorative board to header surfaces e1, e2. A method for manufacturing the decorative board comprises the extrusion simultaneously laminating step of laminating the front side surface of a resin base simultaneously with the decorative sheet when the resin base is extrusion molded, and the shaping step of shaping the shiplap developing shape by a shaping plate on a rear side of the resin base of a softened state. In this case, it is efficient to use a cooling roller for cooling to solidify the resin also as the shaping plate, and to use the extrusion simultaneously laminating step as the shaping step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
