PURPOSE: A structure of installing forms for the upper slab of a bridge is provided to simplify the work of form installation for a bridge by adopting a hanging bracket without welding work requiring lot of manpower and time. CONSTITUTION: The process of installing forms for the upper slab of a bridge is composed of: the upper hanging part(21) of a bracket(20) is hung on the reinforcing bar(101) of a girder(100); forming a bolt hole to a supporting part(23) of the bracket; fixing the supporting part to a main beam(11) by a bolt; arranging crossing beams(12) on the main beam; putting a steel plate(13) on the crossing beam; placing concrete; hitting a cutting line(25) to drop the crossing beam, the main beam and the steel plate, after complete concrete curing.
