PURPOSE: A cutter used in a mini printer is provided to prevent a lower cutter from being deformed due to an abrasion of the lower cutter and to simply cut papers by vertically bending one part of the lower cutter. CONSTITUTION: An upper cutter(10) is installed at a cover(1-1). A lower cutter(20) is installed at a housing of a mini printer(1) in order to cut papers by incorporating with the upper cutter. The lower cutter(20) is vertically installed with respect to the upper cutter(10). The upper cutter(10) is rotated and is connected to a driving device. The lower cutter(20) is assembled with a fixing member(12) installed in the housing. The lower cutter(20) is vertically installed on a hinge plate(11), which is fixed in an insertion hole(11a). The lower cutter(20) is fixed by means of the fixing member(12), which is installed in the housing of the mini printer. The upper cutter(10) is installed on a carriage(13).
