PURPOSE: Provided is a leg and foot care composition containing a substance which is extracted from natural products and promotes blood circulation. Therefore the composition relieves fatigue, and has moisturizing effect. CONSTITUTION: A leg and foot care composition is characterized by comprising 0.05-5.0 wt.% of a blood circulation promoting substance selected from menthol, a ginkgo leaf extract or the mixture thereof, 0.1-5.0 wt.% of a moisturizing substance selected from the group consisting of a rice extract, a barley extract, a peach extract, glauconite or the mixture thereof, 0.01-10.0 wt.% of a coloring substance selected from the group consisting of a luminous agent, a coloring agent, tannin, talc, nylon powder or the mixture thereof, and the balance of a solvent.
