PURPOSE: A system for constructing a portable voice database is provided to write a text message with a voice, and to use a memory of a base station, thereby enabling a user to easily write and transmit the text message without a memory capacity problem. CONSTITUTION: A voice recognition program pre-stores more than one voice signal for a designation of a transmission function as writing a message, and generates a predetermined electric signal corresponding to an inputted voice signal. A CPU(21) decides a signal inputted from a voice command corresponding to the function, and supplies the electric signal. A message writer(22) writes a text message with the voice command of a user. A message transmitter(23) transmits the written text message with the voice command. The text message is written and transmitted by the voice command with the use of a base station device(20). |
