PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic film having a metal film for forming an electrode constituting an electronic component by transfer, in particular, a metal film transfer film effective for forming an inner electrode of a laminated ceramic capacitor. SOLUTION: In the metal film transfer film for the electronic component, a release agent layer and the metal film are formed in this order on the plastic film, and a film thickness of the metal film is 500-30,000 angstrom.
