OPTICAL PARTS AND METHOD FOR JOINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a product which can keep the joint distance between two dielectric bodies constituting lenses or the like with high accuracy and which has low aberration and high yield.

SOLUTION: An electric conductive thin film 16 is formed by sputtering or vacuum vapor deposition method on the joint face 121A of a first dielectric body 12 having a lens part 122. Then the first dielectric body 12 is stacked with the electric conductive thin film 16 side on the joint face 141A of a second dielectric body 14 having a lens part 142, and both of the dielectric bodies are joined into one body by anodic joint method.
