PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a movable film member by connecting a support film to a colored film, bending them with sufficient dimensional accuracy, and to provide the movable film member manufactured by the method with sufficient dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: The movable film member 101 includes at least the support film 5 becoming a movable electrode part, and the colored film 8 becoming a movable display part 2. The movable display part is formed by bending the connection side of the colored film of a joint welded by an ultrasonic welding method by superposing one end of the colored film on one end of the support film in the bending direction of the support film.
