PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odor discrimination apparatus by which a sample having a possibility that various kinds of foreign odor components are mixed is quality- evaluated with satisfactory accuracy. SOLUTION: In an m-dimensional space formed of detection outputs by m pieces of odor sensors 31, a vector computing part 51 finds an odor vector Fx in which a measured result of a normal product is used as a starting point and in which a measured result of an unknown sample as a product to be evaluated is used as an end point. In a threshold value calculation part 53, a table in which a threshold value used to decide the normal product is decided in each direction of the odor vector by a preliminary measurement is stored. The threshold value Thx is found on the basis of the direction of the odor vector Fx, and a quality decision part 52 judges the unknown sample as a defective when a length of the odor vector Fx is larger than the threshold value Thx.
