METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MOLDED COIL, MOLDED COIL, AND RELATIVE MOVING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately position an armature coil for linear motor in a resin molding tool at the time of molding the coil with a resin. SOLUTION: A molded coil is manufactured by positioning a substrate 9B with a coil in the resin molding tool 24 in a state that the substrate 9B is separated from the internal surface of the tool 24 by means of pins 22 and 23 which are protruded in the tool 24 and provided as first and second positioning means and injecting the resin into the tool 24. The first positioning means 22 is fitted in a hole provided as a fitting section in a portion not covered by flat coils 6a and 6b of the substrate 9B. At the same time, the first and the second positioning means 22 and 23 sandwich the substrate 9A between them. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
