PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper money depositor/dispenser capable of improving workability at the time of performing any operation to a telescopic part for temporary storing/housing. SOLUTION: This paper money depositor/dispenser is provided with temporary storing/housing telescopic parts 53d and 53e having temporary storing parts 51d and 51e having an openable/closable partition member 56A for temporarily storing inputted paper money on the partition member 56A and housing telescopic parts 52d and 52e for receiving and housing paper money from the temporary storing parts 51d and 51e when the partition member 56A is opened.
