<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an occurrence of a parasitic inductance that occurs between the collector of a bipolar transistor and a series circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In the semiconductor light-emitting element drive circuit for driving a light-emitting element 4, a control signal for driving the light-emitting element 4 is inputted to a base, and current is allowed to flow between an emitter and a collector in response to the control signal, thus changing into one chip a bipolar transistor 1 for driving the light-emitting element, a constant- current source 3 connected to the bipolar transistor, and the series circuit of a resistor 109 and a capacitor 110 that is connected to the line between the bipolar transistor 1 and the light-emitting element 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
