PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus capable of preventing stationarity with easy design. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a control circuit for controlling controlled objects by setting input values to be inputted to the controlled objects, based on output values of the controlled objects having a predetermined characteristics and the target values of the controlled objects corresponding to the output values. The control circuit has a delay means 1 for delaying without amplifying the input values, the delay means 1 is provided with new delay means 2 with the number of one piece less than the order of the controlled objects, and a plurality of delay means 3 and 4 are provided in series with the same number of the order for delaying the output values.
