<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marketing information collecting and providing system capable of offering information of great interest by priority to each customer using a web site for improving convenience of the customer and to rapidly collect accurate and highly convenient marketing information for offering effective information to an enterpriser. <P>SOLUTION: This marketing information collecting and providing system is provided with a customer database storing customer information about each customer, a business database storing commercial transaction information for each commodity/service handled by the enterpriser, a marketing database storing marketing information about each commodity/service handles by the enterpriser, and an agent means extracting all or a part of the customer information of the customer from the customer database and recording the extracted customer information in the marketing database as marketing information of each commodity/service handled by the enterpriser. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
